SkinSpirit Scottsdale.

A nurse educator, an aesthetic specialist and a nurse practitioner with Peace Corps experience. Meet the people behind SkinSpirit’s first Arizona clinic.

Meet the practice

Marie Kardjian has trained physicians and other healthcare professionals. Tiffanie Van Eimeren’s nursing career has taken her from hospitals and clinics to the Peace Corps. Sarah D’Eletto brings an interest in gradual aesthetic change. Together, their backgrounds give SkinSpirit Scottsdale a story that starts with the people doing the work.

SkinSpirit arrived in Arizona on December 30, 2022, opening its Scottsdale clinic near Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons. Local reporting at the time described a seven-room practice and the company’s 30th location nationwide. The Zocallo Plaza address marked a new chapter for a business whose first clinic opened in Palo Alto in 2003.

Today, the Scottsdale location lists three aesthetic providers. Their paths overlap in nursing, but each brings a different professional history—and a different set of interests—to the appointment.

The Scottsdale team

Three people to know.

01 / Aesthetic nurse specialist

Marie Kardjian

RN, BSN, MPA

SkinSpirit biography

The practitioner who also teaches.

Before SkinSpirit, Marie Kardjian served as clinical supervisor at Maffi Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale. She is both a registered nurse and a licensed esthetician, with a practice spanning dermal fillers, laser treatments and skincare. Her published biography lists experience with IPL, hair reduction, resurfacing and skin tightening alongside her injectable work.

Teaching is another part of that career. Kardjian has worked as a clinical consultant, training physicians and other healthcare professionals, and SkinSpirit names her on its University faculty. That combination of treatment and teaching gives the Scottsdale team a direct connection to the company’s wider education program.

02 / Aesthetic nurse specialist

Sarah D’Eletto

BSN, RN, CLT

SkinSpirit biography

An interest in change that develops over time.

Sarah D’Eletto works across SkinSpirit’s Scottsdale and Phoenix–Biltmore locations. Her biography emphasizes continuing education and an approach that combines medical knowledge with an eye for facial aesthetics.

She names Sculptra as a favorite treatment, describing her interest in gradual, natural-looking change. It is a useful glimpse of the kind of aesthetic work that appeals to her: a result that develops over time. Away from the clinic, D’Eletto’s interests are more immediate—travel, seeking out restaurants in new places and time with her dog, Theo.

03 / Aesthetic nurse practitioner

Tiffanie Van Eimeren

BSN, MS, FNP-C, CLT

SkinSpirit biography

A nursing career with a wider world behind it.

Tiffanie Van Eimeren moved from Seattle to Arizona in 2000 after completing her master’s degree and nurse practitioner certification. Her experience includes hospital and clinic nursing, along with service in the United States Peace Corps, before a move into full-time aesthetic medicine.

SkinSpirit’s biography credits her with more than 15 years in the field and describes patient education as a particular interest: explaining the aging process and discussing both immediate and longer-term goals. She lists Ultherapy and injectables among her favorite treatments. Outside work, she and her husband can be found watching their sons play soccer.

THE EDUCATION

Training is part of the practice.

SkinSpirit University combines online courses with hands-on instruction from the company’s own faculty. Its published program includes more than 85 internally developed courses, vendor-led learning and support for further professional credentials.

For Scottsdale, Kardjian’s place on that faculty makes this more than a corporate program in the background. A provider who sees local patients also participates in the organization’s teaching network. The company describes continuing education as an ongoing part of work, with opportunities extending beyond the requirements attached to a professional license.

THE TREATMENTS

From a facial to a longer-term plan.

The Scottsdale menu ranges from custom, signature and teen facials to DiamondGlow and chemical peels. Injectables include Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers and Sculptra; the clinic also lists microneedling, HALO laser resurfacing, BBL/IPL, laser hair removal and CoolSculpting.

That range allows the first conversation to begin with a concern rather than a treatment name. A complimentary consultation is the clinic’s entry point for discussing a plan. For readers comparing options beforehand, our Botox and microneedling guides explain those categories in more detail.
